Baru lihat teman upload foto wisuda, langsung mikir. Lihat teman keterima kerja, langsung panik. Lihat teman liburan, langsung merasa hidup kurang seru. Ini lah akibat fomo terhadap kesehatan mental soalnya membuat isi pikiranmu terasa penuh sama hal-hal yang<\/p>\n<p>Padahal itu cuma beberapa detik dari hidup mereka, bukan keseluruhan ceritanya.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Merasa_Kurang_Terus\"><\/span>2. Merasa Kurang Terus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Masih punya HP bagus, tapi lihat teman ganti HP baru jadi pengen. Sudah punya kerjaan yang enak, tapi pas lihat pencapaian orang lain jadi merasa kurang. Nah inilah yang bisa kasih akibat FOMO terhadap kesehatan mental yaitu munculnya perasaan bahwa hidup kita selalu tertinggal.<\/p>\n<p>Padahal masalahnya bukan karena hidupmu kurang bagus, tapi karena kamu terlalu sering melihat kehidupan orang lain.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Gak_Menghargai_Progress_Sendiri\"><\/span>3. Gak Menghargai Progress Sendiri<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kadang kita terlalu fokus melihat siapa yang lebih cepat sampai sampai lupa melihat sejauh apa kita sudah berjalan.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat dari FOMO inilah yang bikin banyak teman-teman seusia kita yang menganggap pencapaiannya biasa saja karena selalu membandingkannya dengan orang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Padahal setiap langkah kecil tetap layak diapresiasi. Sekecil apapun itu.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Nggak_Bisa_Nikmatin_Momen\"><\/span>4. Nggak Bisa Nikmatin Momen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Akibat FOMO terhadap kesehatan mental remaja lainnya adalah membuat kita sulit menikmati apa yang sedang terjadi sekarang karena terlalu sibuk memikirkan apa yang sedang dilakukan orang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Coba bayangin deh, kamu lagi nongkrong sama teman-teman, pas iseng scroll sosmed terus lihat pencapaiannya orang-orang kamu malah jadi overthinking dan merasa nggak mau kalah dengannya. Jadinya kamu nggak fokus sama teman-teman, malah sama hal-hal yang lainnya.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Lupa_Jadi_Versi_Diri_Sendiri\"><\/span>5. Lupa Jadi Versi Diri Sendiri<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ini yang menurut MinU paling bahaya. Karena terlalu sibuk mengikuti hidup orang lain, kamu jadi lupa bertanya ke diri sendiri: &#8220;Sebenernya gue maunya apa?&#8221;. Makanya MinU golongkan ini jadi akibat FOMO terhadap kesehatan mental remaja soalnya bisa membuat seseorang kehilangan arah karena terus mengikuti standar orang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Padahal hidup bukan lomba siapa yang paling cepat, paling viral, atau paling banyak pencapaiannya.<\/p>\n<p>Besok mungkin masih ada tren baru. Minggu depan mungkin masih ada teman yang mencapai sesuatu lebih dulu. Tapi itu nggak masalah.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi MinU, Hidup bukan perlombaan yang harus dimenangkan secepat mungkin.
